On the occasion of this exhibition, Anne-Charlotte Finel presents a video and sound installation featuring imagery created on the island of Ouessant (Brittany). In 2024, the artist was awarded the Finisterrae residency, which provided her with the opportunity to undertake in-depth research on the island, with particular attention to the Créac’h lighthouse and its eight rotating beams of light. Their hypnotic motion and rhythm momentarily reveal fragments of the landscape, rocky outcrops, and the island’s raw, eroded granite coastline.
